The Brain
The brain is a fount of activity
Driven by the spirit of man inside.
It calculates and decides the way
For the body and deeds to follow.
And there is yet another power in play,
That very Maker and Redeemer of the race.
He sends down His urgings and pleas
And drives on his servants with ease.
We live and move and have our being
And to Him we bring that glory due
‘Til the woes and throes of life are through
The course is not to be resisted
Knowing we will be assisted
By His own presence ever with us
Every moment and not just Christmas
