GOP Legitimacy and Status
The GOP toleration of sodomy certainly brings into question its moral legitimacy as a political party. But until another option rises as an alternative, we have no choice but to stay solely with that party. The DNC, on the other hand, is wholly illegitimate. That is to say, it is not a moral option for the voter in possession of any integrity. (We realize that the heathen have any “moral” option they want, being immoral, and accordingly we have no counsel for them.)
It is, in fact, morally tantamount to the Nazi party of just eight decades ago. And so, the friendly compatriot rhetoric with which we engage our “fellow citizens” in political dialogue can be self-deceiving. We are not happy friends with or compatriots with Democrats. Why do we talk of them with such sentiments of unity rather than as adversaries to be conquered and overcome? There is no harmony to be had with them but only submission by them to the truth: our founding Constitutional documents and their presumption of Law (God’s law) as their foundation. And as we all submit to the Truth, we will have harmony.
And so, we say press on, always ready to form a new party when the season is right, and praying that the GOP renews itself and affirms the foundation of law to be THE Law of God.
