Hope 100 Is Sort of Right!
“God is never in a hurry,”
Says CJ McKay on Hope 100.
That’s right, but my kids aren’t God
And neither are their parents,
So they got to move and get ‘er done,
Lest they get a spankin’ on the bum!
And yet, the admonition is welcome.
Slow down when you are anxious for nothing,
But move when you got to move!
Get in the groove and get crackin’ –
Not of your duties and chores lackin’!
Move when you got to move and rest
When that time comes after doing your best.
Got many things to do while on earth,
Serving the king since soon after birth!
