1 Samuel 30

A third of his men were weary
So he only took four hundred.
Two were too tired to fight  (20:10)
And he found an Egyptian half dead
Showed David the enemy’s location. (16)
He whooped up on those Amelekites
And took back what they had taken,
Including two wives, sons and daughters, (19)
Sheep, cattle and other livestock.
“David’s spoil” was all the talk. ((20)
Those who guarded the bags or went to war
