One man, one woman, one wife!
Saves you a lot of strife
In your life if you want to get on by.
Don’t have to always ask why!
The Lord gave an easy command:
Pick one out of all in the land
And press on with that lady
For hard times you’ll be ready,
Have a partner for good and bad,
Be there even when you’re sad.
It ain’t always about the money
Clouds come when it ain’t sunny
You do what you got to do
She’ll be there ’til you are through
Thank the Lord He made it so
She’s there when you got no dough!
