Freedom!
(To be a heretic?)
Oh yeah! Americans are free!
They may follow any heresy!
Whether as a Mormon, a Wayist
Or a Watchtower Witness!
Pick your god and the cult of your choice;
You are free as well to express your voice
And tell others of your false teaching
While to all your neighbors you’re preaching!
(Oh, you got to love that liberty to believe
Whatever some fool has up his sleeve!)
But know that such teaching may take you down
To that place where you go after time in the ground.
Got that weeping and gnashing goin’ on
For folks who quench the Spirit Who sent the Son.
