Silence! Silence! Tell nobody
When you do a deed that’s true.
You don’t need that praise and glory,
Someone else will tell your story.
Let devils cry and saints rejoice.
Way up there is where the voice
That matters must be heard and
Righteous deeds flow from the Word.
Angels ever will declare
Deeds down here that we did dare
For the glory of the Son.
Burn those “clinics”! Have some fun.
His the victory He has one!
Duty first, and on the run,
Then up to heaven with the Son,
Looking back on good deeds done.
