Well the Israelites
Was a-misbehavin’ so!
They was fornicatin’
And such pretty much
And the Lord He didn’t like it!
No, not a bit
No shit, He had a fit!
He sent down a plague
And they did whine and beg
So he sent ’em another
O what a bother!
Howled and cried and lied
About bein’ good
But they stood
Unrepentant before Him.
What is to be done
With such a clan
But to scatter them
Among the nations?
