You can say “mailman” or “chairman” or “policeman” or “serviceman” or reference plenty of other tradesmen and indicate a woman in that position! One need not get one’s knickers in a knot over the “man” terminology as if mankind excluded women folk!

Man up and speak the language. God (who is sexless but identifies as man) made mankind in His image. Sorry if the male thing is so bothersome, but is the way that God (who is Spirit, not a body) identifies!

Well, God, the Father not only “identifies” as a male, but so does God, the Son, and God, the Holy Spirit.
He can do what He wants and it is not up to us to question His identity or the fact that HE chose to create both male and female in HIS image!
