An Endless Supply of Scrap Paper
An endless supply of scrap paper I have
Thanks to the suit brought by Planned Parenthood:
Paper printed out with all kinds of numbers
Referencing data on my computer,
But blank on the other side where I write
Poems about bombing those “clinics,”
Bringing joy to pro-life cynics
Waiting decades for the fall of Roe
While Pro-lifers and politicos play the who’.
Oh! It is blessed scrap paper!
And affords me the chance to wrangle
Against those with that anti-life angle –
Fools talkin’ about “blobs of tissue,”
Tryin’ to distort the real issue:
Life made in the very image of God!
Oh! Such intellectual slobs!
But thanks, again, PP for the paper!
It is a wonderful provision!
How glorious is our God to supply
Me the tools your lies to decry!
So on I write and testify
To that truth come down from the Sky,
Prophets aplenty and then the Son
To save a world that was undone
By the sin and rebellion of one man,
Adam, and his naïve woman.
