National Security
What brings the strongest unity to a nation is
That unity which comes from a people “under God.”
And how foolish it is to attempt to strengthen
A nation on the basis of anything but God!
Such a Godless people are weak and vulnerable.
But a people whose laws are grounded in Truth,
That which is revealed by God in His Word,
Are a stable and secure citizenry, because their trust
Is in the Creator and Ruler of all nations.
They can rest in the confidence that the Almighty
Has them in His hands and for His own purposes.
And those purposes are good enough to satisfy
Any longings of the citizens of that nation.
