The Leaves are Falling
When fast the leaves are falling down,
You know the winter is coming soon.
So take a walk and maybe see a corn stalk
Adorning somebody’s home for your gaze.
Ah, but the changing of seasons is majesty,
The display of the Maker’s wondrous creativity!
Let the change in the weather bring you to reflect
Upon the change that must come within your soul
As He moves upon you with trials and troubles
To fashion you into a vessel for His own purpose.
