{"id":8561,"date":"2024-10-04T08:19:20","date_gmt":"2024-10-04T13:19:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/michaelbray.org\/?p=8561"},"modified":"2024-10-04T08:19:20","modified_gmt":"2024-10-04T13:19:20","slug":"the-buffoonery-of-karl-marx","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/michaelbray.org\/?p=8561","title":{"rendered":"The Buffoonery of Karl Marx"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Karl Marx declared: &#8220;The more of himself man attributes to God, the less he has left in himself.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And one might expect such a musing from a zealous anti-Christ: someone who rejects the revelation of God in the Son, the Creator who was sent by the Father to rescue His chosen ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes, it appears that Marx missed the boat and will be doing time afflicted with that eternal judgment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Life is not about serving oneself, primarily, but about praising, honoring, and serving the Creator and Savior.&nbsp; It is the Father, Son, and Spirit who are the focus of our attention and worship.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And this God calls us, indeed, to serve <em>others<\/em> in His name.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It all comes around.&nbsp; We serve the eternal God: Father, Son, and Spirit.&nbsp; And the means of doing so is serving those created in His image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So it is that we serve ourselves by serving God, and in obedience to Him, we serve OTHERS.&nbsp; In the end, we serve our best interest and enjoy the company of the triune God forever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A.m. on 4 Oct., 2024<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Karl Marx declared: &#8220;The more of himself man attributes to God, the less he has left in himself.&#8221; And one might expect such a musing from a zealous anti-Christ: someone who rejects the revelation of God in the Son, the Creator who was sent by the Father to rescue His chosen ones.
