The Word goes on throughout the world
As life to the dead is unfurled.
New lives will carry forth the Word of Life,
Whether you’re single or got a wife.
The Lord will supply the land with people
Whether or not the church has a steeple.
They’ll meet wherever they can and greet
Those with homes or who live on the street.
Evermore and every where shines the light;
His people to the world bring the fight:
A war for the souls of ladies and men
