“Holding every tear . . .”?\u00a0 Okay, But . . .
Yes, He is a mighty, loving God
Who can “hold every tear we cry,”
As the popular Christian ditty has it,
In His sweet, ever-loving hands.
But He is quit a bit more<\/em> than that.\u00a0
He is the holy<\/em>, triune<\/em>, eternal <\/em>GOD,
Who, self-contained, needs no one<\/em>.
From eternity past, even before
The angels were created,
The Triune God lived – \u00a0self-contained.
In need of nothing, it pleased Himself
That He would create angels and a world.\u00a0
And then human beings in his very image.
It is this God, alone, to whom you,
Along with everyone, must bow<\/em>.
Best that you not wait, but do it now<\/em>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
