We’re all infected with sin;
It’s a thing that comes from within.
Got to get a grip and control
Or it will take on you a mighty toll.
Comes to all from brother Adam,
That father of all humanity.
What a drag his deed did bring
To mankind and everything!
But were it we, the same we’d see
And now it flows as natural as pee.
Don’t bother blamin’ that ancient brother;
Could have been you, I or any other.
Humanity was on the line to test
And found in God no rest,
But chose the way of its own
And has since suffered and groaned.
Nothin’ left to do,
