They had a false teacher named Everding;
“Professor” he was of New Testament.
A denier of our Lord and Savior,
He rejected the Scriptures as true
And the faith of students he would undo.
To hell with anyone who leads others astray,
Faking as a teacher of holy Scripture,
Seeking the hope of others to puncture!
How many did he lead astray,
Destroying the faith of students each day?
This snake will burn in that place he mocked
As a fable which he said needed to be knocked
Out of the minds of enlightened scholars
And students who were paying him dollars
To undermine their trust in the Truth.
(How I would knock out his tooth
For the damage he did to many youth
Given to his care by parents unaware
Of his wily false teaching,
The trust of parents breaching
And the message of eternal life despised
