Bulls, sheep, and goats
Made a mighty fine libation;
To the Lord they were consecrated.
Those Levites had a great job:
Nothin’ from God they would rob.
Passover was extended back then
To folks from Issahar and Zebulun
And even from Ephraim and Manasseh. (18)
The Lord was their Commander and Master.
He pardons those whom He pleases (19)
And heals all their diseases. (20)
Celebrated the Feast of Unleaven Bread: (21)
For seven days they had lots of joy;
Praised the Lord with instruments loudly
With great thanksgiving; not proudly.
And those Levites were especially pious; (22)
Weren’t proud or showing any bias.
So they added on another seven days (23)
Hezekiah was a great benefactor:
A thousand bulls and seven thousand sheep. (24)
Those priests had no time to sleep!
Yes, great was the joy in Jerusalem (26)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
