Now, Amaziah didn’t make no sense!
Had a win with the sons of Judah;
Whooped up on those Edomites, (11)
Then followed the gods of those he whipped! (15)
What a fool!\u00a0 Was his mind unzipped?
A prophet tried to show him his buffoonery,
But he wanted a fight with Israel. (17)
Said, “Come on! Let’s face each other!
Get it on, brother to brother!”
“Well, what’s up Thorn Bush?” said Joash
“Come on! Let me kick your ass!
You think you’re somethin’ ’cause you beat Edom?

Y’all know you got nothin’ on us;\u00a0
Believe that! A word you can trust!”
