Got people to rebuke
And poetry to write.
Ain’t got time to chat;
I’m everyday up to the bat,
A thing that I do not crave,
To correct and teach to behave.
Can’t help a fellow’s calling,
What might seem quite appalling,
But a fella got to do what he got to do;
Got to preach out what is true!
Everybody gonna go to the ground,
Then comes that trumpet sound.
It’ll be some Day not far away;
He’ll come and wrap it all up,
Before you got time to sup!
It ain’t all about food and drink;
You got to stop and “give it a think!”\u00a0
For your life, you will give an account,
Whether or not you’ve been to the fount,
For every little thing you’ve done!
Nah, it ain’t gonna be much fun.
Gonna squirm and wanna get on the run,
But ain’t gonna be no where to go.
He came your sin to overthrow,
So get on track; get off your back.
Got people to serve and others to rebuke
The wayward He will treat like puke!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
