Other summary assessments\noffered by Miss Brison and included in the Riverfront report were: “He\nkicked me and called me a one-eyed bitch, so I got my .22, and I shot\nhim!” and “He out fucking another bitch, too, and wanna call me a\none-eyed bitch, so I killed that motherfucker.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is one to\nmake of this case?  Must this woman be\ncharged with murder? Or might she be vindicated with a justifiable homicide\nconclusion?   Maybe something in between will do – surely some\ninsanity defense may be construed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
