{"id":2309,"date":"2017-07-21T21:37:10","date_gmt":"2017-07-22T02:37:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/michaelbray.org\/?p=2309"},"modified":"2017-07-21T21:37:10","modified_gmt":"2017-07-22T02:37:10","slug":"judge-orrick-or-is-it-ork","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/michaelbray.org\/?p=2309","title":{"rendered":"Judge Orrick (or is it Ork?)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>21 July, 2017<\/p>\n<p>On 8 June, 2017, the Associated Press reported: &#8220;The leader of an anti-abortion group who is being sued wants to disqualify a U.S. judge who barred him from releasing videos recorded at meetings of an association of abortion providers.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Judge William Orrick held David Daleiden in civil contempt for violating a court order.\u00a0 Daleiden had operated his Center for Medical Progress by which he exposed the brutality of abortionists across the land.\u00a0\u00a0 And what was this &#8220;court order&#8221; that this &#8220;judge&#8221; issued?<\/p>\n<p>It was a tyrannical, immoral, unconstitutional <em>decree <\/em>prohibiting Daleiden personally from showing his covertly filmed video footage of National Abortion Federation conferences during which Planned Parenthood administrators and sorted big-wigs and practitioners spoke candidly about their methods and experiences in butchering children in and out of the womb.<\/p>\n<p>And what was the reason for this covert filming of meetings?<\/p>\n<p>The exposure of abortion profiteers in candid conversation about their practice of ripping apart babies and securing their deaths (preferably) before their births and the profits to be made from these various &#8220;procedures.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>And was this covert filming operation some great invasion of privacy?<\/p>\n<p>Of course.\u00a0 But it was as offensive as spying upon a mafia meeting and exposing their plans to murder folks. \u00a0(Duh!\u00a0 It was <em>more<\/em> &#8220;legit&#8221; than spying on the mafia!)<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;So what is wrong with that?&#8221; \u00a0a regular Joe citizen might ask.<\/p>\n<p>Well the judge didn&#8217;t think the mafia&#8217;s murders ought to be exposed!\u00a0 Or, rather, that the abortionists murders ought to be exposed &#8211;\u00a0 because the judge is a <em>pro-abortionist! \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Judge Orrick\u2019s contempt order &#8220;awards approximately $137,000 to the National Abortion Federation\u00a0for attorney fees and for alleged staff time to scour the internet looking for links to the Daleiden videos,&#8221; as Steven Ertelt of <em>LifeNews <\/em>reports.<\/p>\n<p>(See:<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lifenews.com\/2017\/07\/21\/david-daleiden-will-appeal-137000-fine-for-exposing-planned-parenthood-selling-aborted-baby-parts\/\">http:\/\/www.lifenews.com\/2017\/07\/21\/david-daleiden-will-appeal-137000-fine-for-exposing-planned-parenthood-selling-aborted-baby-parts\/<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>Daleiden and his attorneys asked that Orrick recuse himself from the case because of a pro-abortion bias.\u00a0 The judge has a &#8220;longstanding relationship with an organization that partners with Planned Parenthood,&#8221; according to the objection as reported by the AP report.\u00a0 Moreover, according to the same AP report &#8221; &#8220;The attorneys also said the judge&#8217;s wife &#8216;liked&#8217; Facebook posts critical of Daleiden.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Naaaaaaaaah!\u00a0 A pro-abort judge?\u00a0 A judge who sits in <u>legal<\/u> (and moral? and lawful? and righteous?) judgment of others?<\/p>\n<p>Legal Sm\u00e9agol!\u00a0 We do know that the judge sits in &#8220;legal&#8221; judgment, but we have some doubts about those other characteristics.\u00a0 Nothing moral or righteous about much of what comes from federal court rooms in many cases.\u00a0 Sometimes what is &#8220;legal&#8221; is nothing but that. \u00a0And so, apparently, are all the ensuing issues and struggles which have proceeded from the fount of that damned, Godless, Lawless, court decision to decriminalize <em>baby-murder<\/em>, a.k.a. abortion.<\/p>\n<p>Orrick.\u00a0 His actions display determination to oppress David Daleiden, one who is exposing, rather that tolerating this fifth-decade holocaust. Hmm.\u00a0 Somehow, Orrick is a proper name for this propagator of evil who has built upon the corrupt foundation of the infernal <em>Roe<\/em> &#8220;decision.\u00a0 One hears &#8220;Orc,&#8221; a mythical monster, popularized in Tolkien&#8217;s writings.<\/p>\n<p>But another thought comes to mind.
