Part 1: The Roots of Racism<\/strong><\/p>\n The 1902 edition of The Encyclopedia Britannica in 30 volumes was published at the\u00a0zenith of British imperialism. I have it and also the 1939 edition in 24 volumes.<\/p>\n Under the heading NEGRO, identified as people living in \u201call Africa south of the\u00a0Sahara, India south of the Indo\u2010Gangetic plains, Malaysia and the greater part of\u00a0Australasia,\u201d are 14 identifying characteristics: \u201c(1) the abnormal length of the arm which\u00a0in the erect position sometimes reaches the knee\u2010pan; (2) prognathism, or projection of the\u00a0jaws; (3) weight of the brain, as indicating cranial capacity 35 ounces (highest gorilla 20,\u00a0average European 45); (4) full black eye, with black iris and yellowish sclerotic coat, a very\u00a0marked feature; (5) short flat snub nose deeply depressed at the base or frontal suture,\u00a0broad at extremity, with dilated nostrils and concave ridge; (6) thick protruding lips plainly\u00a0showing the inner red surface; (7) very large zygomatic arches\u2014high and prominent cheek\u00a0bones; (8) exceedingly thick cranium enabling the Negro to butt with the head and resist\u00a0blows which would inevitably break any ordinary European\u2019s skull; (9) correspondingly\u00a0weak lower limbs terminating in a broad flat foot with low instep, divergent and somewhat prehensile great toe and heel projecting backward (\u2018lark heel\u2019); (10) complexion deep\u00a0brown or blackish\u2026; (11) short, black hair, eccentrically elliptical or almost flat in section,\u00a0and distinctly wooly, not merely frizzy\u2026; (12) thick epidermis cool, soft and velvety to the\u00a0touch, mostly hairless, and emitting a peculiar rancid odour, compared by Pruner Bey to\u00a0that of the buck goat; (13) frame of medium height, thrown somewhat out of the\u00a0perpendicular by the shape of the pelvis, the spine, and backward projection of the head,\u00a0and the whole anatomical structure; (14) the cranial sutures which close much earlier in\u00a0the Negro than in other races. To this premature ossification of the skull, preventing all\u00a0further development of the brain, many pathologists have attributed the inherent mental\u00a0inferiority of blacks, an inferiority which is even more marked than physical differences.\u201d<\/p>\n Note that (1) through (5), (7) through (10), and (13) invite us to compare Black\u00a0people to gorillas, while (11) and (12) compare them to sheep and goats. Elaborating on\u00a0(14) is this: \u201cNearly all observers admit\u201d [!] \u201cthat the Negro child is on the whole quite as\u00a0intelligent as those of other human varieties, but that on arriving at puberty all further\u00a0progress seems to be arrested. No one has more carefully studied this point than Filippo\u00a0Manetta, who during a long residence on the plantations of the Southern States of America,\u00a0noted that \u2018the Negro children were sharp, intelligent, and full of vivacity, but on\u00a0approaching the adult period a gradual change sets in. The intellect seemed to become\u00a0clouded, animation giving place to a sort of lethargy, briskness yielding to indolence. We\u00a0must necessarily suppose that the development of the Negro and White proceeds on\u00a02\u00a0different lines. While in the latter the volume of the brain grows with the expansion of the\u00a0brainpan, in the former the growth of the brain is on the contrary arrested by the\u00a0premature closing of the cranial sutures and lateral pressure of the frontal bone.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n No mention is made that the cause of this \u201clethargy\u201d may be a realization by \u201cNegroes\u201d they had no chance to develop their native abilities in pursuit of careers off the\u00a0plantation. Instead there is this: \u201cBut for this disturbing element it would perhaps be\u00a0readily admitted that the mental are at least as marked as the physical differences between\u00a0the dark and other races. And as both are the gradual outcome of external conditions, fixed\u00a0by heredity, it follows that the attempt to suddenly transform the Negro mind by foreign culture must be, as it has proved to be, as futile as the attempt would be to suddenly\u00a0transform his physical type.\u201d The \u201cdisturbing element\u201d is the \u201cintelligent Negro child.\u201d<\/p>\n Wait. There\u2019s more: \u201cOn his moral status, even when removed from the old associations and brought directly under more favourable influences, a lurid light is cast by\u00a0the report of the Rev. Dr. Tucker at the American Church Congress for 1883 on the present\u00a0condition of the black communities in the Southern States: \u2018I know of whole\u00a0neighbourhoods where there is not one single Negro couple whether legally married or not,\u00a0who are faithful toeach other beyond a few weeks. In the midst of a prayer\u2010meeting I have,\u00a0known Negroes steal from each other, and on the way home they will rob any hen\u2010roost\u00a0that lies conveniently at hand.\u2019\u201d And this: \u201cMention is further made of Negro missionaries\u00a0guilty of the grossest immorality, lying in open concubinage, addicted to thieving, lying, and\u00a0every imaginary crime, yet all \u2018earnest and successful preachers, and wholly unconscious of\u00a0hypocrisy. Their sins, universally known, did not diminish their influence with their race. It was impossible to doubt their absolute sincerity.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n The 1902 Encyclopedia Britannica prints as fact hearsay from some White Southern\u00a0preacher that all forms of immorality are inherent in \u201cNegroes,\u201d especially their Christian\u00a0missionaries.<\/p>\n And this: \u201cSlavery continues everywhere to prevail, both as a local institution and a\u00a0branch of the export trade, where not checked by European Governments. Much of the\u00a0surplus population not thus carried off probably finds its way to the shambles of the native\u00a0states in the middle Congo basin and other parts where cannibalism is practiced, and\u00a0where human flesh appears to be sold in the open market\u2010place.\u201d<\/p>\n Thank God for \u201cEuropean Governments\u201d who \u201ccheck\u201d the African slave trade\u2014after\u00a0profiting mightily from it for three centuries.<\/p>\n The 1939 edition continues this theme. Regarding \u201cNegro\u201d hair, for example, is this: \u00a0\u201cthe Negro pile will felt, like wool, whereas true hair cannot be felted\u201d (unlike sheep and\u00a0the \u201cbuck goat\u201d). And this: \u201cCannibalism is found in its simplest form in Africa, where the\u00a0majority of cannibal tribes eat human flesh because they like it.\u201d<\/p>\n So what\u2019s going on here? Andrew Young, a Black American activist and politician of\u00a0our time, insisted, \u201cThe English invented racism.\u201d Oh? If so, when and how? In 1859 Charles\u00a0Darwin published, On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or the Preservation\u00a0of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life<\/em>. In it Darwin advanced the thesis that all life on Earth was the result of \u201cNatural Selection\u201d by which the random events in Nature acted on minor variations within species of plants and animals in such a way that certain variations\u00a0provided a survival advantage in competition with those not having this variation. As these\u00a0favorable variations piled up, new species having this advantage would \u201cevolve\u201d from the\u00a0parent species. Darwin provided no example of this actually happening. He cited the\u00a0adaptability of finch bills on the Galapagos Islands that changed from long and slender to\u00a0short and stout, and back, as feeding habits changed when periods of weather went from\u00a0wet to dry, and back. But the birds remained finches. Darwin\u2019s key point was this\u00a0\u201cevolution\u201d was driven by purely random events in Nature. There was no role for God in\u00a0providing the great variety of life forms on our planet. His other book, The Descent of Man\u00a0and Selection in Relation to Sex (1871), applies these ideas specifically to human evolution.\u00a0From this the concept of three human \u201craces\u201d emerged, the White, Yellow, and Black Races, each with its own physical and mental characteristics. Brown and Red \u201craces\u201d were added\u00a0later. The Encyclopedia Britannica instructed us on how to evaluate these races.<\/p>\n The least \u201chuman\u201d of course was the Black Race. It all fit so nicely. Mankind came\u00a0out of Africa. Those who were most adaptable to the new environments became the White\u00a0and Yellow Races. The farther from Africa the better, which puts Englishmen (are they\u00a0transplanted Scandinavians?) at the top of the White Race and Chinamen at the top of the\u00a0Yellow Race. The Black Race stayed in Africa and didn\u2019t \u201cevolve\u201d from its \u201csubhuman\u201d state\u00a0because the African environment didn\u2019t change. What could be simpler?<\/p>\n Well, it wasn\u2019t that simple. There is a lot of \u201cWhite trash\u201d within the White Race, as\u00a0The Reverend Thomas Malthus of the Church of England pointed out in his 1798 tract, An\u00a0Essay on the Principle of Population. To get rid of this trash, Malthus insisted, \u201cInstead of\u00a0recommending cleanliness to the poor, we should encourage contrary habits. In our towns\u00a0we should make the streets narrower, crowd more people into the houses, and court the\u00a0return of the plague. In the country we should build our villages near stagnant pools, and particularly encourage settlement in all marshy and unwholesome situations. But above all\u00a0we should reprobate [i.e., reject] specific remedies for ravaging diseases; and restrain those\u00a0benevolent, but much mistaken men, who have thought they were doing a service to\u00a0mankind by projecting schemes for the total extirpation of particular disorders.\u201d<\/p>\n Reverend Malthus does not attempt to reconcile his beliefs regarding poor people\u00a0with those of Jesus Christ, whom he had taken solemn vows to serve. Instead, he advanced\u00a0the notion that the human population multiplied geometrically with each generation: 2\u20144\u20148\u201416, etc., whereas plants, our food supply, increased only arithmetically, 2\u20144\u20146\u20148, etc. He did not explain how each ear of corn on a cornstalk has hundreds of kernels and\u00a0each apple tree produces hundreds of apples, with many seeds in each apple, all of which could be planted each year to produce a geometrical progression of, for example, 1\u20141000\u20141,000,000\u2010\u2010\u20101,000,000,000, etc., that far outstrips human reproduction.<\/p>\n The Scientific Establishment eagerly embraced Malthus\u2019 thesis right up to our own\u00a0day, despite its obvious absurdity. Why? The upper classes with Money were producing\u00a0fewer people than the lower \u201cparasitic\u201d classes. Darwin\u2019s cousin, Francis Galton, published,\u00a0Inquiries into Human Faculty and Its Development<\/em>, in which he advocated \u201ceugenics\u201d to\u00a0increase the \u201cgood births\u201d of \u201csuperior\u201d people (like him) and decrease the breeding of \u201cdysgenic stocks\u201d so the ruling class could bio\u2010engineer the ascent of human evolution\u00a0beyond what was possible with the \u201crandom events\u201d provided by Nature. Why not? It\u2019s no\u00a0different from breeding livestock to \u201cweed out\u201d undesired strains.<\/p>\n By the end of the 19th Century, a new paradigm had emerged among the moneyed\u00a0\u201celite\u201d who ruled the nations of Christendom. The Biblical view is humanity was created in\u00a0the image and likeness of God, and spending eternity with Him in Heaven was our destiny. That had been increasingly replaced with the Darwinian view that we came from worms\u00a0and our only destiny was to be eaten by worms. It was Esau exchanging his birthright for\u00a0pottage. Removing a commanding role for God in human affairs left a power vacuum. Big\u00a0Money in the hands of the ruling \u201celite\u201d moved into that vacuum as the new \u201cgod\u201d in charge. \u00a0In England, the self\u2010appointed \u201cgods\u201d coined a name for those who had, or aspired to have,\u00a0money and belonged to the \u201ctinted\u201d races within the British Empire. They were \u201cwogs,\u201d\u00a0meaning \u201cworthy Oriental gentlemen\u201d if they were from the Orient and \u201cWhite\u2010oriented\u00a0gentlemen\u201d if they were from Africa. \u201cWogs\u201d aspired to join the upper classes of the White\u00a0Man despite being the wrong color. The idea was to bring these men to England, turn them\u00a0into \u201cEnglishmen\u201d by educating them in prestige English universities controlled by the\u00a0White \u201cgods,\u201d and then return them to their native lands where they would keep the rest of\u00a0the \u201cwogs\u201d in check.<\/p>\n This didn\u2019t always work. Mohandas Gandhi didn\u2019t buy into it and freed India instead.\u00a0Sometimes an Englishman became the \u201cwog.\u201d T. E. Lawrence became \u201cLawrence of Arabia.\u201d\u00a0Blatant racism continued well into the 20th Century. In Black America, the “wog\u201d was the\u00a0\u201cUncle Tom\u201d who sold out to \u201cWhitey.\u201d Margaret Sanger, foundress of Planned Parenthood,\u00a0pounded the drums of eugenics to create \u201cA Race of Thoroughbreds\u201d through selective\u00a0breeding. With Clarence Gamble, Big Money Mogul of Procter and Gamble, Sanger hatched\u00a0her \u201cNegro Project.\u201d In a 1939 memorandum to Gamble she wrote, \u201cWe do not want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten that idea out if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious\u00a0members.\u201d After all, the Encyclopedia Britannica<\/em> in 1902 assured her that \u201cNegro\u00a0ministers\u201d had no moral scruples whatever. They will be her \u201cUncle Toms.\u201d She was right. In our day that list includes Reverends Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and Jeremiah Wright, all\u00a0pounding the drums to \u201cexterminate the Negro population\u201d by aborting Black babies.<\/p>\n Even with Planned Parenthood aborting five Black babies for every White baby, we\u00a0don\u2019t hear much about \u201ceugenics\u201d and \u201cdysgenic stocks\u201d that are a \u201cdead weight of human\u00a0waste\u201d in Sanger\u2019s words. Those words don\u2019t \u201cfly\u201d today because one word trumps them.<\/p>\n Auschwitz.<\/p>\n Part 2: \u201cOverpopulation.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n At Auschwitz, the eugenics creed was applied to exterminate not the Black Race, but\u00a0the most gifted people on Earth, European Jewry. After a decade using the Nazi propaganda\u00a0machine to depict Jews as \u201cvermin\u201d and \u201cparasites\u201d (one \u201cnewsreel\u201d shows rats streaming\u00a0out of a sewer and then cuts quickly to a shabby man\u2014\u201ca Jew\u201d\u2014with a rat\u2010like face), Hitler\u00a0summoned his \u201celite\u201d to tell them it was time to \u201csolve the Jewish question\u201d by\u00a0exterminating them. One objected, saying, \u201cTo do that we would need the cooperation of\u00a0every burgermeister and constable in Germany. Many grew up with Jews, they\u2019ve had\u00a0Jewish friends since boyhood. They won\u2019t do it.\u201d Hitler screamed back, spitting saliva,\u00a0\u201cThey\u2019ll do it! They\u2019ll do it JUST TO KEEP THIER MISERABLE LITTLE JOBS!\u201d And they did it.\u00a0They did it just to keep their miserable little jobs.<\/p>\n We must not think of racism as just something hatched by the White \u201cgods\u201d with\u00a0money to suppress non\u2010White \u201cwogs\u201d with none. Apart from a faster breeding rate, \u201cwogs\u201d\u00a0were no threat to the \u201cgods\u201d but Jews were. Given an even chance, Jews as a group would\u00a0make money faster than the \u201cgods\u201d who already had money. That was the belief. Something\u00a0had to be done. Auschwitz had been tried, but after World War II one\u2010third of European\u00a0Jewry remained. The \u201cgods\u201d couldn\u2019t try that \u201csolution\u201d again. Been there, done that.<\/p>\n \u201cBut\u00a0here\u2019s an idea. Suppose we create a homeland outside of Europe for the surviving Jews?\u201d\u00a0Since World War I, England ruled Palestine as a League of Nations mandate. \u201cSuppose we\u00a0dump the surviving Jews in Palestine, create a new Jewish State in the heart of Islam, and\u00a0let the Muslims deal with them?\u201d As Pharaoh said in Egypt over 3000 years earlier, \u201cSo\u00a0have I said. So it shall be.\u201d Since then Israel has had to fight off Muslims in 1949, 1956,\u00a01967, 1973, and counting. I asked my Jewish friend who escaped the Holocaust if the European \u201cgods\u201d had this in mind. He replied, \u201cIt\u2019s possible.\u201d<\/p>\n With that \u201csolution\u201d in place, the White \u201cgods\u201d could turn their attention to \u201cwogs\u201d\u00a0who were producing too many children instead of too much money. \u201cDemography is\u00a0destiny.\u201d The day would come when \u201cwogs\u201d replaced \u201cgods\u201d merely by breeding faster. Darwin guaranteed it. Once the Darwinist view that we came from worms and were\u00a0destined to be eaten by worms seeped down from the moneyed \u201cgods\u201d to infect the general\u00a0White population in what had been Christendom, the incentive to bear and raise children\u00a0vanished. Why spend so much time, energy, and money to produce worm food? Why not\u00a0just enjoy la dolce vita instead, for however many years we have until we die? So they did.<\/p>\n That meant importing Muslims into Europe to do the drudge jobs Europeans despised. Muslims from former British and French colonies were already citizens of those\u00a0countries by virtue of their membership in the British Commonwealth of Nations and the\u00a0French Union. Bring \u2018em in.<\/p>\n Bring Muslims from Turkey, Germany\u2019s World War I ally, into\u00a0Germany. Bring Muslims from the Dutch East Indies, now Indonesia, into The Netherlands. Bring Muslims from Morocco back into Spain and Portugal 500 years after driving them\u00a0out. Today \u201cmulticulturalism\u201d reigns. Muslims from former Third World colonies are now\u00a0colonizing the First World imperialist nations. Islam inherits Christendom by default.<\/p>\n As Steven Mosher reports in Population Control: Real Costs, Illusory Benefits, France\u00a0today is about ten percent Muslim, but in urban centers of wealth and power the\u00a0population under 35 is 40 percent Muslim. Native French have 1.3 children, the European\u00a0average. Muslims have triple that. By 2050 France will be 40 percent Muslim. Conditions\u00a0are worse in Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Russia. Mosher writes, \u201cSoon Europe will be empty\u00a0of Gauls, Teutons, Britons, and Slavs, perhaps. But other tribes, more fruitful than the\u00a0modern\u2010day European ones, will certainly come to occupy the pleasant lands north of the Mediterranean. And the surviving Europeans will retreat to their retirement homes, as the\u00a0Neanderthals once retreated across the same terrain before the advance of Cro\u2010Magnon\u00a0Man. In France, as in most of Western Europe, the successor population is already in place.\u201d<\/p>\n Darwin\u2019s \u201cPreservation of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life\u201d turns out to \u201cfavour\u201d the\u00a0\u201cwogs,\u201d not the \u201cgods\u201d who rejected God\u2019s revelation of human origins and destiny for\u00a0Darwinian pottage that rots out their desire to reproduce.<\/p>\n Astonishingly, this is what the \u201cgods\u201d wanted, ever since Paul Ehrlich published The\u00a0Population Bomb in 1968. Citing Malthus\u2019 bogus reproduction rates for humans and plants,\u00a0Ehrlich predicted global famine that would cut the global population in half by the end of\u00a0the century. That could be done without the \u201csuffering\u201d if governments took control of\u00a0population growth. This was at the end of the \u201cbaby boom\u201d in America, so there was a rapid\u00a0growth in population. However the \u201cgreen revolution\u201d was also in full throttle, so the global\u00a0food supply was increasing much faster. That wasn\u2019t mentioned.<\/p>\n The quintessential \u201cwog\u201d of the \u201cworthy Oriental gentleman\u201d variety was Song Jian,\u00a0a systems control specialist who came to Europe from China in 1978. Eager to learn how\u00a0the White Man controlled population, he read The Limits to Growth, a fraudulent\u00a0publication by The Club of Rome in 1974 based on the belief people are a pestilence (it\u00a0counted mouths to feed, not brains to nurture). Economic growth could be attained only by\u00a0reducing human growth. It projected future populations using a computer simulation by\u00a0system engineers at MIT. The British Blueprint for Survival aimed at reducing the British\u00a0population from 56 million to 30 million. This scientific hoax fooled Song Jian, and he\u00a0convinced the Communist \u201cgods\u201d to apply the computer simulation to reducing China\u2019s\u00a0population. The goal was 1.5 children per woman to bring the population down to 777\u00a0million by 2080. That was reduced to one child. It was \u201cunfair\u201d to allow half the women to\u00a0have one child and half two children to attain the 1.5 average. Government must be \u201cfair.\u201d<\/p>\n In rural China this meant treating women with extreme brutality. Government goons who found a woman to be pregnant again, even days from birth, demanded she abort\u00a0her baby. If she refused, they dragged her to an abortion center and killed her baby, often\u00a0by injecting formaldehyde into the soft spot in the skull. Then she was sterilized. If the\u00a0woman ran away, her house and her parents\u2019 and in\u2010laws\u2019 houses were torn down, her\u00a0farm animals were confiscated, and her husband and relatives were imprisoned until they told where she was hiding. Steven Mosher saw these atrocities when he was in rural China\u00a0from 1979 to l980 doing his doctoral research as the first exchange student from Stanford\u00a0University. He included his account in his doctoral dissertation, but the Stanford\u00a0administration demanded it be expunged. When he refused he was expelled. He published\u00a0his research as the book, Broken Earth: the Rural Chinese. He then joined The Population\u00a0Research Institute in Front Royal, Virginia, which he has directed for many years.<\/p>\n \u201cIt worked!\u201d China\u2019s economic boom has been attributed to its one\u2010child policy. But\u00a0China will get old before China gets rich. \u00a0When the number of children are limited, girls are identified by ultrasound and then\u00a0aborted in China and India; in China because boys are expected to support their parents in\u00a0old age, in India because girls are expected to bring an expensive dowry to their wedding.\u00a0Both China and India have populations of well over one billion, with a great excess of boys\u00a0and young men who can\u2019t find wives. Governments historically have \u201csolved\u201d the problem\u00a0of too many energetic disaffected young men by sending them to die in foreign wars. With China, that would be expansion into Russia and Turkestan. With India, that would be\u00a0expansion into Islam. All have nuclear weapons. Murphy\u2019s Law states, \u201cIf something can go\u00a0wrong, it will go wrong.\u201d A nuclear World War III, anyone?<\/p>\n Human population growth exceeds replacement levels in Islam, Black Africa, and\u00a0Latin America. Islam controls Big Oil and Muslims harbor hostility to the imperialistic\u00a0European nations that held them in colonial bondage less than a century ago. Now\u00a0American foreign policy aims to bring Muslim countries under American bondage, Iraq,\u00a0Afghanistan, and Libya by conquest, and using Big Money to \u201cbuy\u201d royal families in Saudi\u00a0Arabia, Jordan, and Emirates in the Persian Gulf. Black Africa has nearly all the rare\u2010earth\u00a0metals vital in sustaining our electronics industries, from cell phones to satellites.<\/p>\n China has a trade monopoly on rare earths in most African countries. It has broken\u00a0the American hold intended by National Security Study Memorandum 200 (NSSM 200),\u00a0called \u201cThe Kissinger Report\u201d because it was drafted by Henry Kissinger as Nixon\u2019s\u00a0National Security Advisor and implemented as his Secretary of State. The goal of NSSM 200\u00a0is to reduce Africa\u2019s Black population so African mineral treasures can be exported to\u00a0America instead of used to finance indigenous economic growth that would support a\u00a0growing African population. The plan was to \u201cbuy\u201d Black dictators such as General Ibrahim Babangida in oil\u2010rich Nigeria in exchange for their promotion of contraception and abortion\u00a0to reduce their populations. Planned Parenthood (PP), the United States Agency for\u00a0International Development (USAID), and the United Nations Fund for Population Activities\u00a0(UNFPA), all funded by American taxpayers, are vehicles for reducing Black populations.<\/p>\n This plan included replacing drugs that cure ravaging diseases in Africa, malaria,\u00a0cycle\u2010cell anemia, river blindness, typhoid, etc., with dangerous mechanical and chemical\u00a0contraceptives implanted and injected into women in unsanitary conditions that cause\u00a0infections (hopefully?) leading to sterility. Many of these devices are outlawed in America.<\/p>\n For African men, condoms replaced life\u2010saving drugs, condoms that fail because the latex\u00a0cracks under the conditions of heat and humidity in Africa. Condoms are touted as\u00a0preventing pandemic HIV\/AIDS in Africa, but (as planned?) spread the disease because\u00a0they leak AIDS\u2010infected semen. When Pope Benedict XVI pointed this out, recommending\u00a0chastity and monogamy, he was demonized for blowing the cover of White Governments\u00a0and their media stooges, the \u201cgods\u201d behind this scheme. The US goal in Africa is to make\u00a0abortion as prevalent as in America as a \u201cbackup\u201d to failed contraception. Last year,\u00a0American money succeeded in getting a new pro\u2010abortion constitution enacted in Kenya.<\/p>\n In Latin America, the biggest \u201csuccess\u201d of USAID was both financing and conducting\u00a0the racist sterilization of indigenous Andean Indians in Peru, some 100,000 per year in the\u00a01990s, working in cahoots with dictator Alberto Fujimori. USAID is engaged in sterilizing\u00a0native women from Mexico to Bolivia, and all over the world where its Big Money\u00a0(extracted from American taxpayers) can \u201cbuy\u201d brutal dictators and \u201cmanage\u201d elections.<\/p>\n A major \u201cplayer\u201d in this activity is the World Bank, dating from when Robert McNamera took charge. McNamera is the \u201cJoe Btfsplk\u201d of Murphy\u2019s Law. Btfsplk was a\u00a0character created by cartoonist Al Capp. A black cloud flashing lightning and pouring rain\u00a0was always over his head and disaster followed wherever he went. McNamera presided\u00a0over Ford Motors and unveiled the Edsel that nobody wanted. Then he became Secretary of\u00a0Defense for Kennedy and Johnson, presiding over the American defeat in Vietnam.<\/p>\n McNamera ended up running the World Bank, doling out Big Money to curb population\u00a0growth in the Third World. Everyone knew he was a stooge of the U. S. Government so he\u00a0gave America a well\u2010deserved \u201cblack eye\u201d wherever he poured out our money to brutalize\u00a0Third World women and prevent their babies from being born.<\/p>\n It seems to me that American foreign policy aims at castrating, spaying, contracepting, and aborting the Third World out of existence, especially in Africa. How else\u00a0to explain what we are doing in Africa? In 1966 and 1967 I traveled overland through\u00a0Africa from Cairo to Capetown. Like other people, Africans come in a great variety of sizes\u00a0and shapes. But in my memory, African women are tall, slender, and stately with a natural\u00a0dignity and their children are beautiful and absolutely delightful. Why do the \u201cgods\u201d who run our foreign policy want to devastate and kill these people? It only makes sense to me if it emerges from America\u2019s racist past and its legacy of slavery. Slavery was the \u201cpeculiar\u00a0institution\u201d of the self\u2010styled \u201cgods\u201d who had or had access to Big Money. They owned\u00a0Southern slave plantations and Northern mines and factories where workers were little\u00a0more than wage slaves. They were the \u201cgods\u201d who oppressed the \u201cwogs.\u201d They could have\u00a0painted the portrait of the \u201cNegro\u201d in the 1902 Encyclopedia Britannica.<\/p>\n Their propagandists in the early 20th Century were unabashed racists. Madison\u00a0Grant (The Passing of the Great Race, 1917) and Lothrop Stoddard (The Rising Tide of Color\u00a0Against White Supremacy, 1920) are two of many. Notice they only have family names. They\u00a0didn\u2019t produce enough children to retain all the old WASP family names, so they loaded\u00a0them onto the few children they had. James Michael Curly, Boston\u2019s mayor of that era, was asked by a reporter, \u201cWhat do you think of the governor\u2019s appointing Endicott Peabody\u00a0Saltenstall as Attorney General?\u201d Curley\u2019s reply: \u201cWhat? All three of them?\u201d<\/p>\n Margaret Sanger, one of 11 children of Irish immigrants, clawed her way from \u201cwog\u201d\u00a0to \u201cgod\u201d status by pounding the racist and eugenics drums at Ku Klux Klan rallies and in\u00a0Pivot of Civilization (1922), where she wrote, \u201cRemember our motto: If we must have\u00a0welfare, give it to the rich, not the poor.\u201d It\u2019s \u201ccrony capitalism.\u201d Big Government bails out\u00a0Big Money. Sanger advocated either sterilization or a lifetime in concentration camps for\u00a0\u201cdysgenic\u201d Americans. Her advice to the poor parents of a newborn baby: \u201cKill it!\u201d<\/p>\n In 1966, the U. S. Government created the Office of Population within the United\u00a0States Agency for International Development (USAID), and put racist Dr. Reimert Thorolf\u00a0Ravenholt in charge. Here\u2019s what he says to Black Americans: \u201cAlthough American blacks\u00a0still heap incessant blame upon contemporary white populations because earlier white\u00a0populations owned black slaves, this in an inappropriate onus; rather, American blacks\u00a0should thank their lucky stars that the institution of slavery did exist in earlier centuries; if\u00a0not, these American blacks would not exist: their ancestors would have been killed by their\u00a0black enemies, instead of being sold as slaves. The only way Africans were then able to get\u00a0to America was in slave ships; and because their ancestors were transported here as slaves,\u00a0many millions of blacks are living far better in America than are their cousins in Africa\u2014where starvation and the killing fields prevail.\u201d Right out of the 1902 Encyclopedia\u00a0Britannica playbook. Ravenholt then proceeded to use his new office to produce even more\u00a0deaths in the African \u201ckilling fields,\u201d as Steven Mosher documents.<\/p>\n Ravenholt opposed providing \u201cfood, potable water, antibiotics, immunizations, etc.\u201d\u00a0to African countries unless \u201cthe deaths prevented thereby are not balanced by prevention\u00a0of a roughly equal number of births\u201d as required by NSSM 200. \u201cDr. Riemert Thorolf\u00a0Ravenholt\u201d is a name right out of Central Casting for a movie about the Third Reich. Did Dr.\u00a0Ravenholt have a mechanical arm like \u201cDr. Strangelove\u201d that gave the Nazi salute?<\/p>\n Depopulating Africa was justified as American foreign policy in NSSM 200 on the\u00a0grounds that we were struggling with the Soviets for control of these people and their\u00a0resources in a Cold War. With the collapse of the Soviet Empire in 1990, that dog would no\u00a0longer hunt. A new strategy to continue the same imperialistic policy was needed.<\/p>\n Part 3: Climategate<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cMan\u2010Caused Catastrophic Global Warming\u201d to the rescue! Near the end of the 20th\u00a0Century, glaciologists and oceanographers were finding detailed records of past climates by\u00a0coring samples of ice through mountain glaciers worldwide and the ice sheets covering\u00a0Greenland and Antarctica, and coring sediments on the ocean floor around the world.<\/p>\n These records were usually not direct measures of climate. They were concentrations of\u00a0ions, isotopes, atmospheric gasses, microorganisms, dust, mud, rock minerals, volcanic ash,\u00a0etc., each of which has a \u201cclimate signature\u201d that is a proxy for temperature, precipitation,\u00a0wind intensity and direction, atmospheric composition, etc. existing at the time when the\u00a0snow and sediments were deposited. The high resolution of these climate indicators in ice\u00a0cores showed many abrupt changes, some within a week, that were as drastic as the\u00a0contrast between glacial and interglacial climates during the current Quaternary Ice Age\u00a0(the last million years), with cold glacial episodes lasting about 100,000 years separated by\u00a0warm interglacial episodes lasting about 10,000 years. The abrupt \u201cclimate\u201d changes\u00a0occurred within these episodes, being more numerous and drastic during glacial episodes.<\/p>\n We are now near the end of a 10,000\u2010year interglacial warm period.\u00a0Since the Industrial Revolution, beginning around 1850, the world has been coming\u00a0out of a cold period called the Little Ice Age that was preceded by a warm period called the\u00a0Medieval Climate Optimum when Vikings were able to settle in Iceland and Greenland. One\u00a0view is the Little Ice Age would have become a full glaciation cycle but for pollution that\u00a0warmed Earth\u2019s atmosphere during the Industrial Revolution. Now that Third World\u00a0countries are becoming industrialized, notably China and India, global warming has taken a\u00a0\u201csharp upturn.\u201d This \u201cman\u2010caused catastrophic global warming\u201d is being cited by the \u201cgods\u201d\u00a0of population control as a menace that can only be overcome by reducing global population.<\/p>\n Since First World countries have birth rates that are decreasing their populations, they are\u00a0bound to \u201cencourage\u201d Third World countries to do the same. Guess what \u201cencouragement\u201d\u00a0is used? Read National Security Study Memorandum 200 (NSSM 200).<\/p>\n As noted by comparing the fecundity of corn and apples to human fecundity, the notion that human \u201cbreeding\u201d will lead to widespread starvation and ecological disaster is\u00a0a fraud used to conceal the true goal of reducing the numbers of Third World \u201cwogs\u201d so \u00a0First World \u201cgods\u201d can retain control of the global economy and Big Money. Here it must be\u00a0said that \u201cgods\u201d with Big Money want to keep it\u2014and get more. So they use their power\u00a0and influence to get the Really Big Money from taxpayers who have no inkling of their real intentions. American and European governments finance these racist activities by telling taxpayers they are \u201cSaving The Planet.\u201d<\/p>\n Racism is not a theme in the book, Coming Climate Crisis? Consider the Past, Beware\u00a0the Big Fix (2010), by Claire Parkinson, a NASA glaciologist and climatologist. What she\u00a0does is review 4.6 billion years of Earth\u2019s climate history to showcase the many natural\u00a0causes of climate change, including abrupt changes. She then shows how human activities\u00a0beginning with agricultural advances 10,000 years ago may have contributed to some of these climate changes, so asking if our more drastic activities today may also contribute is\u00a0legitimate. In particular, she examines various \u201cgeo\u2010engineering\u201d schemes to reduce \u201cmancaused\u201d\u00a0warming, schemes she judges to be ill\u2010advised in the extreme, given the reality of\u00a0Murphy\u2019s Law. She concludes her book by examining more sensible ways to reduce global\u00a0pollution and warming that don\u2019t involve drastic attempts to reduce our population and\u00a0standard of living. Her main conclusion is more data are needed as input to more reliable computer models that simulate climates past, present, and future before some coalition of\u00a0governments tries to alter a climate system we understand only tentatively.<\/p>\n Parkinson\u2019s balanced and sober appraisal is a refreshing tonic to the scare tactics\u00a0being advanced by the \u201cgods\u201d who pound the drums of \u201cman\u2010caused catastrophic global\u00a0warming.\u201d Is this just another scientific fraud like Ehrlich\u2019s \u201cPopulation Bomb\u201d? First, is\u00a0general global warming real? Yes, if you begin it around 1850. No, if you begin it around\u00a01000. Even dating from 1850, there have been decades since then when our climate cooled.<\/p>\n Accepting climate warming since 1850, has it been man\u2010caused? Here we need to\u00a0distinguish between proxies for atmospheric temperature, \u201cgreenhouse gasses\u201d such as\u00a0carbon dioxide, and actual temperature measurements. Recent proxy records show\u00a0warming but actual temperatures show cooling. The proxy temperatures don\u2019t always\u00a0match actual temperatures. Would warming be catastrophic? The largest and most\u00a0widespread changes would be thawing of permafrost and melting of sea ice in polar and\u00a0sub\u2010polar regions. Thawing permafrost in Russia, Canada, and Alaska would open\u00a0enormous land areas to agriculture (with 18 to 24 hours of summer sunshine allowing\u00a0multiple harvests), mining (minerals, coal, oil, and natural gas), and commerce (farms, towns, and cities). Melting sea ice would open shipping lanes to the and from the Orient\u00a0(Northeast and Northwest Passages) half as long as present\u2010day lanes and would add all\u00a0the new trade and commerce made possible by thawing the permafrost. The down side?<\/p>\n There would be significant coastal flooding if warming reduced large parts of the Greenland and Antarctic ice sheets, and weather may be unstable for a time if the climate change is too fast. The social, political, and economic consequences could be severe, but they would be temporary. The advantages would be greater and last much longer.<\/p>\n Fortunately, the scare\u2010mongers have overplayed their hand, and done so at a time\u00a0when the economies needed to finance their schemes are in free-fall because of too much\u00a0Government spending to support ever\u2010expanding \u201centitlement\u201d programs. For Government\u00a0employees, these include high salaries that regularly increase faster than the cost of living,\u00a0medical benefits that even include such things as \u201cViagra,\u201d and cushy retirement plans that allow retirees to live like millionaires. This crushing burden is borne by taxpayers in the\u00a0private economy who make much less money, have more restricted health care, and much\u00a0more modest retirement incomes. Increasingly, the Federal Government \u201cpays\u201d these costs\u00a0merely by printing more money so the financial burden is loaded on the backs of poor\u00a0people because dollars lose buying power, and on the backs of people who haven\u2019t yet been\u00a0born (so they can\u2019t vote today\u2019s politicians out of office).<\/p>\n \u201cClimategate\u201d is the name attached to this attempt to stampede the public into a\u00a0panic about imminent man\u2010caused catastrophic climate warming, so politicians will open\u00a0the sluices of Government funding for even more climate research. \u201cClimategate\u201d broke\u00a0when a whistle\u2010blower in 2009 released e\u2010mail messages from the Climate Research Group\u00a0(CRG) at East Anglia University in England to other climatologists, showing a conspiracy\u00a0existed to prevent publication of research that didn\u2019t support \u201cman\u2010caused catastrophic global warming.\u201d In a 163\u2010page analysis of the e\u2010mails that includes key excerpts, John P.\u00a0Costella identifies the \u201ckey conspirators,\u201d Phil Jones at CRG and Michael Mann at The\u00a0Pennsylvania State University (PSU). Other conspirators are Tom Wigley \u201cwho becomes\u00a0increasingly worried about the unfolding scandal,\u201d Keith Briffa \u201can older conspirator whose\u00a0blunders lead the others to all but abandon him,\u201d Ben Santer \u201ca dangerously arrogant and\u00a0na\u00efve young conspirator in the United States,\u201d and other conspirators \u201cof varying degrees\u00a0of complicity and integrity.\u201d CRG \u201cresearch\u201d is funded by American taxpayers.<\/p>\n Costella comments, \u201cWe here are reminded of the fact that the entire industry of\u00a0climate research was created out of virtually nothing, by means of a massive influx of\u00a0funding that was almost universally one\u2010sided in its requirement that its recipients find\u00a0evidence for man\u2010made climate change\u2014not investigate whether or how much mankind had\u00a0caused climate change. In contrast to the literally trillions of dollars of global expenditure\u00a0ultimately urged on world leaders by these scientists by the end of 2009, the amounts involved in funding their research appear trifling\u2014typically measured in \u2018mere\u2019 millions of\u00a0dollars (A trillion is a million millions!). But many \u2018climate scientists\u2019 built their entire\u00a0careers on this funding; and so it is not surprising that they became so completely reliant\u00a0on this conditional lifeline, that they became single\u2010mindedly focused on achieving the ends\u00a0for which they were commissioned\u2014and viciously attacking intruders who may threaten The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) makes recommendations to\u00a0participating governments on how to implement the multi\u2010trillion\u2010dollar recommendations\u00a0by the conspirators. The IPCC also controls the money sluices that fund the conspirators.<\/p>\n Costella: \u201cWe now encounter one of the most insidious red herrings in the climate debate:\u00a0how many thousands of scientists \u2018endorsed\u2019 the views of the IPPC.\u201d This also was rigged.<\/p>\n Will taxpayers be forced to provide these trillions of dollars just so the conspirators can\u00a0\u201ckeep their miserable little jobs\u201d?<\/p>\n Exhibit Number One in the IPCC 2001 climate report was the \u201chockey stick\u201d plot of\u00a0proxy temperatures over the last thousand years showing no overall temperature change\u00a0until 1900 when temperatures began a steep increase. This plot was produced by Michael\u00a0Mann and the IPCC announced it \u201cproved\u201d recent warming was man\u2010caused. In a lead\u00a0article in Population Research Institute Review (2010) titled, \u201cGlobal Warming Science?<\/p>\n Nope, Global Warming Scam,\u201d Steven Mosher presented six \u201ctricks\u201d used by the\u00a0conspirators: (1) destroy their own conflicting data, (2) Cherry pick data to show the new\u00a0warming trend they want, (3) massage data to remove earlier records of climate warming\u00a0such as the Medieval Climate Optimum, (4) adjust computer climate models to \u201cfit\u201d the\u00a0desired data, (5) enlist sympathetic media in attacking skeptics, and (6) insist \u201cthe science\u00a0is settled.\u201d It hasn\u2019t worked. The U. S. National Academy of Sciences has declared Mann\u2019s\u00a0\u201chockey stick\u201d graph has \u201ca validation skill not significantly different from zero.\u201d<\/p>\n Why would the conspirators risk their careers with such a scam? Mann\u2019s \u201chockey\u00a0stick\u201d tells us. In the 1990s it shows the fastest \u201crise\u201d in temperatures. This puts rapid\u00a0\u201cman\u2010caused\u201d climate warming within election cycles of politicians. Politicians fund their\u00a0research. Politicians told them what climate trends they wanted and the conspirators\u00a0delivered the desired trends. Just so they could \u201ckeep their miserable little jobs.\u201d After all,\u00a0that isn\u2019t as bad as herding Jews into the gas chambers at Auschwitz.<\/p>\n Or is it? As I have documented here, American politicians, particularly of the \u201cliberal\u00a0progressive\u201d persuasion, are obsessed with lowering the non\u2010White population in the Third\u00a0World so Big Money stays with them in the First World. \u201cMan\u2010caused\u201d global warming gives\u00a0the only \u201cscientific\u201d justification for implementing their agenda. The Third World has the\u00a0biggest \u201ccarbon footprint\u201d on the planet, growing bigger especially in China and India.<\/p>\n America and Europe have a big \u201ccarbon footprint\u201d too, but \u201cwe\u201d are doing something about\u00a0it. We are cleaning up our air and water, removing industrial pollutants, and reducing our\u00a0population below replacement levels. We\u2019re the \u201cgood guys\u201d Third World people should\u00a0emulate. And if they won\u2019t, we\u2019ll \u201chelp\u201d them (\u201cwe\u201d being Big Government).<\/p>\n This attitude was most recently expressed in the Congressional struggle to reduce\u00a0Federal spending for the 2011 fiscal year. Continuing funding America\u2019s largest abortion\u00a0\u201cprovider\u201d Planned Parenthood, was \u201cthe hill\u201d Senate Majority Leader, Harry Reid, said he\u00a0\u201cwas prepared to die on\u201d and his Uncle Tom in the White House said he\u2019d die with Reid if it\u00a0came to that. Now get this. Reid, Senate Democrats, and President Barack Obama stated\u00a0they would shut\u2010down the Federal Government before they would cut funding the one\u00a0organization that specializes in killing the next generation of Americans by the millions\u2014and targets Black and Hispanic citizens for extermination. Can you tell me this isn\u2019t racist?<\/p>\n Part 4: The Cost of Politicizing Science<\/strong><\/p>\n The struggle between the \u201cgods\u201d and the \u201cwogs\u201d is as old as mankind. In our time, it\u00a0is found in the writings of Thomas Malthus regarding \u201cWhite trash\u201d and Charles Darwin\u00a0regarding \u201cinferior races\u201d in the struggle for survival. The Encyclopedia Britannica gave it\u00a0\u201cintellectual respectability\u201d from 1902 to 1939. After Auschwitz it needed more respectable\u00a0\u201cintellectual\u201d cover. It found it in the \u201cscientific\u201d justification for lowering global population,\u00a0first to defuse the \u201cPopulation Bomb\u201d caused by \u201creckless and irresponsible swarming and spawning\u201d of \u201cdysgenic\u201d people (quoting Margaret Sanger) and then to \u201cSave The Planet\u201d\u00a0from \u201cman\u2010caused catastrophic global warming\u201d (quoting the IPCC). Always it is the Third\u00a0World non\u2010White population that has to be lowered, has to be \u201csacrificed.\u201d Why? Because\u00a0White people, accepting the dead\u2010end of Darwinism, have stopped bearing children.<\/p>\n Margaret Sanger founded Planned Parenthood, which gets \u201c$364,000,000 annually\u00a0from the Federal Government to kill the next generation of Americans by the millions,\u00a0targeting Black Americans. Every year, PP gives its \u201cMaggie\u201d award to whomever does most\u00a0to promote this goal. Our Secretary of State holds the \u201cMaggie.\u201d She has vowed to bring\u00a0unrestricted abortion to every country in Africa. If she and NSSM 200 succeed, so babies fall\u00a0below two per woman, who will support these women in old age? African \u201cgovernments\u201d in thralldom to the U. S. Government? Dream on.<\/p>\n President Obama, as Commander in Chief, was willing to stop paying our soldiers\u00a0fighting our insane wars with radical Islam, rather than stop funding Planned Parenthood,\u00a0which is dedicated to killing his own people. The funding was continued. This tells me the\u00a0U.S. Government is the Enemy Of The People, exposed as making funding killing the next\u00a0generation of Americans the top priority over everything else, even national security.<\/p>\n As I write, the U. S. Government is providing USAID funding to \u201cnon\u2010governmental\u00a0organizations\u201d in cahoots with the Rwandan government, run by Hutus, to \u201ccastrate\u201d\u00a0700,000 men in their peak fertility years from 20 to 50, using vasectomies in a circumcision\u00a0campaign to \u201cprevent HIV\/AIDS\u201d (Population Research Institute Review<\/em>, March\/April\u00a02011). The minority Tutsi population is targeted; 700,000 is all of the Tutsi males in this age group. Genocidal fights between Hutus and Tutsis have continued for generations in both Rwanda and Burundi. Why is USAID working with Hutus to castrate Tutsi men and\u00a0probably reignite that genocidal war? It gets rid of Black Africans. Read NSSM 200.<\/p>\n On a personal level, this policy has affected a friendship with the Director of the\u00a0Climate Change Institute (CCI) at the University of Maine that began in 1968. Last year a\u00a0German exchange student in Nebraska asked my by e\u2010mail for my opinion regarding \u201cman-caused\u00a0catastrophic global warming.\u201d I questioned all four of those assumptions, presented\u00a0as \u201cfacts\u201d by the IPCC, in my reply, telling him global warming would be a net plus for\u00a0humanity. I urged him to contact the CCI Director who was engaged in this research. We\u00a0both study the large ice sheets covering Greenland and Antarctica. He studies climate\u00a0records in ice cores and I study ice dynamics. He replied by e\u2010mail that I was either\u00a0ignorant or disloyal. Ignorant? I sent the German student references to published work that\u00a0led to my views. Disloyal? I\u2019ve been in the CCI for 37 years, much longer than the Director, and no loyalty test was ever discussed. I study dynamic instabilities in large ice sheets that\u00a0could be triggered by global warming, so my published work can be cited by those who pound that drum. Three of my papers will appear in Establishment scientific journals this\u00a0year. So why this attack on me? Money? The Director\u2019s research focuses on short\u2010term climate change that occurs within election cycles, and is therefore dependent on\u00a0Government funding driven by an agenda to castrate and spay the Third World, especially\u00a0Black Africans. Is our Government run by Darwinists who still think the Black \u201crace\u201d isn\u2019t\u00a0fully human, so it will never make great contributions to humanity?
