Hillary\u2019s America: The secret history of the Democratic Party<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

From slavery to enslavement is the theme of this book. Dinesh D\u2019Souza is an American born in India. D\u2019Souza came to national attention with his film 216:Obama\u2019s America<\/em> and his books The Roots of Obama\u2019s Rage<\/em> and Obama\u2019s America<\/em>. Retribution was swift. D\u2019Souza had contributed $20,000 over the campaign finance limit to a college friend running for the U.S. Senate. He got no \u201ckickback\u201d for this and expected none, but was sentenced to eight months of incarceration, the first one in American history so prosecuted. Why? Because his film and books criticized President Obama and the Democratic Party. More egregious, I would say, he had strayed from the Liberal Progressive Democrat Plantation reserved for non-Whites.<\/p>\n

Hillary\u2019s America<\/em> is divided into ten chapters. Each chapter links what the Democratic Party has done in the past to what Bill and Hillary Clinton, and their Party, are doing today. Chapter 1: The Hillary Enigma, is an overview of the book.<\/p>\n

The traditional Jefferson-Jackson Day dinners in the Democratic Party celebrate Thomas Jefferson and Andrew Jackson as the Party\u2019s founders. In Chapter 2: The Land Stealer, D\u2019Souza reserves that title to Jackson. Jefferson belonged to the Democratic-Republican Party. As U.S. President, Jackson drove five civilized Indian tribes from their treaty lands in the U.S. southeast, where they had villages and farms, and relocated them to what was then known as the Great American Desert beyond the Mississippi, where they had to revert to hunting in competition with other Indians already living there. In short, they were expected to die out. Then Jackson sold the treaty lands to White settlers and investors, at great personal profit to himself. It was the greatest land theft in American history, declared illegal by the U.S. Supreme Court, which lacked power to stop Jackson. The U.S. Army obeyed Jackson, and at gunpoint drove the Cherokee Nation westward on its mid-winter Trail Of Tears, the last of the Five Nations driven out.<\/p>\n

The link with the Clintons today in Chapter 2 is illustrated by recounting how $10.5 billion in \u201caid\u201d to Haiti was actually spent, following the 2010 earthquake that killed over 200,000 people and left 1.5 million people destitute. Bill Clinton was designated United Nations representative administering the Haiti Reconstruction Fund and Hillary, as U.S. Secretary of State, controlled the worldwide flow of funds to Haiti. They made sure very little got to the Haitian people, the great bulk going to their crony capitalist Friends of Bill, all donors to the Clinton Foundation, who swarmed over Haiti like locusts with promises of great restoration projects that never got done or even begun.<\/p>\n

Chapter 3: The Party of Slavery, begins by noting slavery was an established institution worldwide that first began to crack after the American Revolution, which cited \u201cLife, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness\u201d as God-Given Rights in our Declaration of Independence. Ratification of the U.S. Constitution, the document providing the governing machinery for securing these rights, depended on support from slave states controlled by the Democratic Party. The compromise was to count Black Americans as having three-fifths the voting power of White Americans without actually giving them the vote. Procedures for amending the Constitution to correct that injustice at some future time were included. As America moved westward, following the Louisiana Purchase by Jefferson from Napoleon Bonaparte, the Democratic Party wanted slavery extended into the new territories. This is when the Democratic Party developed the policy of having a permanent underclass dependent upon it for survival. Slavery was good. It gave Black people security with guaranteed food, housing, and work, essentials an \u201cinferior race\u201d was incapable of attaining outside the plantation system. That same rationale applied to stealing land from American Indians. The White Man would exterminate them unless they were \u201cprotected\u201d by confining them to reservations operated by the Federal Government. The Republican Party was founded in 1854 to end slavery, at least to prevent its spread. It was not \u201cNorth versus South\u201d as historians would have us believe. It was Republicans versus Democrats. All the northern Democrats were \u201ccopperhead\u201d snakes abetting slavery.<\/p>\n

Today, the Democratic Party employs the same tactics, especially under the Clintons and Obama. Now it is illegal immigrants who must be protected by the Democratic Party from deportation by those \u201cracist\u201d Republicans. Hillary got the History Maker award from the New York Historical Society in 2014 when she denounced deportation by stating, \u201cWe should all remember\u2026that this is about people\u2019s lives\u2026the people who served us tonight, who prepared our food tonight.\u201d She got rousing applause from the Democrats at the banquet. So that\u2019s it. \u201cWe\u201d need \u201cthose people\u201d to be our servants, doing our \u201cdirty\u201d work as servants, cooks, domestics, fruit pickers, all the jobs White people won\u2019t take. And we need to keep bringing them in to replace those who move up the economic ladder and become Republicans. The non-White immigrants are expected to show their gratitude by voting Democratic.\u00a0 And most do.<\/p>\n

Chapter 4: Segregation Now, Segregation Forever, describes how the Democratic Party succeeded in keeping Black Americans disenfranchised and suppressed in the South after Democrats started, and then lost, the Civil War. The first step was creating the Ku Klux Klan as the terrorist army of the Democratic Party, using floggings, lynchings, and vandalism to keep Black Americans from enjoying freedoms enacted by the Republican Party in the 13th<\/sup>, 14th<\/sup>, and 15th<\/sup> Amendments to the U.S. Constitution during and after the Reconstruction Era. After Reconstruction, White Democrats seized political power in the South and installed all the Jim Crow \u201claws\u201d to keep Black Republicans (yes, Southern Black Republicans) in their place of servitude. This replaced slavery with enslavement. It was continued and expanded during Democrat Presidencies from Andrew Johnson to Woodrow Wilson and FDR. In his 1867 message, Johnson told the Republican Congress, Black people have \u201cless capacity for government than any other race\u2026whenever they have been left to their own devices they have shown a consistent tendency to relapse into barbarism.\u201d Wilson extended racial segregation to include all Federal civilian jobs and the military. FDR excluded Black people from many federal relief programs during the Great Depression. He also put American citizens of Japanese descent into internment\/concentration camps during World War II, after stealing all their property, despite the heroic sacrifices their sons made to free Europe from Hitler\u2019s tyranny. FDR sent Jews fleeing Hitler on the ship St. Louis<\/em> back to Europe and to Auschwitz. What words describe this treatment of Black, Japanese, and Jewish people? How about racist anti-Semite?<\/p>\n

D\u2019Souza shows how Hillary continues this tradition by recounting her 1969 commencement address at Wellesley College. She was 21 years old. The invited speaker was Republican U.S. Senator from Massachusetts, Edward Boooke, the first Black Man in American history so elected by popular vote. Brooke was a political moderate and he cautioned against \u201ccoercive protest\u201d that might alienate people otherwise sympathetic to a given cause. Ascending the podium, Hillary denounced Brooke directly, declaring, \u201cEmpathy doesn\u2019t do us anything. We\u2019ve had lots of empathy; we\u2019ve had lots of sympathy\u201d, adding, \u201cAnd the challenge now is to practice making what appears to be impossible, possible.\u201d D\u2019Souza comments, \u201cHillary didn\u2019t say it but her implication was clear: we\u2019ve heard enough from you, old black man!\u201d Senator Brooke was just another Uncle Tom to her.<\/p>\n

In Chapter 5: The Problem of Useless People, D\u2019Souza describes how the Democratic Party abandoned the Biblical \u201cjustification\u201d for slavery and segregation (Black skin was the \u201cMark of Cain\u201d) for the \u201cscientific justification\u201d championed by Charles Darwin, in his 1859 book, On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection or the Preservation of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life,<\/em> followed by his overtly racist 1871 book, The Descent of Man<\/em>. Progressives in the Democratic Party promoted \u201csocial Darwinism\u201d as a way to reduce the non-White population, first in America and then worldwide through U.S. foreign policy and funding of \u201cpopulation control\u201d organizations such as the United Nations and the International Planned Parenthood Federation. In America, Planned Parenthood was founded by the racist elitist Margaret Sanger, a darling of the Ku Klux Klan. In her Negro Project, Sanger wrote to patron Clarence Gamble of the Procter and Gamble fortune, \u201cWe do not want word to get out that we are trying to exterminate the Negro population,\u201d adding \u201cthe minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.\u201d Lo and behold, who are the most vocal advocates of unlimited free abortion in the Democratic Party? Black ministers Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and a whole host of Black Democrat ministers. And who tops them all? Barack Obama, the first Black President of the United States. Margaret Sander would cheer!<\/p>\n

In accepting the Margaret Sanger award in 2009, Hillary said of Sanger, \u201cI am really in awe of her. There are a lot of lessons we can learn from her life and the cause she launched and fought for and sacrificed so greatly.\u201d Planned Parenthood locates 79 percent of its abortion \u201cclinics\u201d in Black neighborhoods, now expanding into Hispanic neighborhoods, with Obama budgeting well over a half-billion dollars every year with big boosts every year going to Planned Parenthood. D\u2019Souza carefully analyzes this \u201cBig Switch\u201d that converted Black people from Republicans to Democrats, believing abortion is the key to their economic advancement. Instead it\u2019s the key to their extermination. They remain 13 percent of the U.S. population. Without abortion they would be over 30 percent.<\/p>\n

In Chapter 6: Progressivism Uber Alles, D\u2019Souza exposes the links between Progressivism in the Democratic Party and Fascism in Nazi Germany. Under Mussolini in Italy, Fascism preserved free market incentives in the private economy but took total control over how free-market productivity would be used by the state. In The Third Reich, this control was used to advance Hitler\u2019s \u201cAryan Master Race\u201d culminating in the Final Solution: extermination of European Jewry. D\u2019Souza shows how the Sangeran plan to exterminate \u201cinferior\u201d people could also be used to exterminate the most gifted people in Europe. Hitler gained inspiration from American racists, Sanger and her admirers, notably Madison Grant with his book The Passing of the Great Race<\/em>, and Lothrop Stoddard with his book The Rising Tide of Color Against White World Supremacy<\/em>, both of which sounded the alarm, America was being submerged by \u201cuseless breeders\u201d including \u201cThese ox-like (European) men who stayed behind\u201d during the Great Ice Age, and are now replacing \u201cAryan Nordics\u201d in Europe and America. This led to a virtual stop in immigration after passage of the Immigration Act of 1924 designed to let in only \u201cAryan\u201d people from northwest Europe.<\/p>\n

D\u2019Souza exposes Hillary\u2019s \u201cfascist streak\u201d expressed in her book It Takes a Village<\/em>, arguing that \u201cplanned parenthood\u201d (words to obscure the eugenic ideal, Sanger\u2019s \u201crace of thoroughbreds\u201d), including free unrestricted abortions of the \u201cunfit\u201d, should become mandatory and raising children of the preferred \u201cstock\u201d cannot be left to parents. Upbringing and education of children should be under total control by the state, specifically the Federal Government. This sentiment was expressed by Democrat Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg in a 2014 interview in New York Times Magazine<\/em>: \u201cFrankly I had thought that at the time Roe <\/em>was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don\u2019t want to have too many of.\u201d Roe<\/em>, of course, was the 1973 Supreme Court ruling allowing genocide of Sanger\u2019s \u201cunfit\u201d by abortion. Since gaining the Democrat nomination for U.S. President, Hillary has stated Christians must abandon adhering to the Biblical sanctity of human life so tax-funded killing by abortion can commence, as stated in the Democratic Party Platform. So the First Amendment protection of religious freedom is now also under attack by the Democrats.<\/p>\n

Chapter 7: The Education of a Mafiosa, is D\u2019Souza\u2019s account of Saul Alinsky, the political mentor for both Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, as recorded in Alinsky\u2019s books Reveille for Radicals <\/em>and Rules for Radicals<\/em>. Alinski studied at the feet of the Chicago Mafia, which used shakedown tactics, extortion, vandalism, bribery, and murder to expand its criminal empire. Some accounts in this chapter border on being touching or amusing. Saul asked Frank Nitti why he paid a hit-man from St. Louis to kill a Chicago rival instead of using one of his local assassins. Nitti told him a local hit-man might know his target personally, \u201cThen there\u2019s gonna be a widow, kids without a father, funerals, weeping\u2014Christ, it\u2019d be murder.\u201d When students at Tulane University planned a protest of Nixon\u2019s Vietnam War policies supported by George H.W. Bush, Alinski convinced them to don Ku Klux Klan sheets and hoods instead, with banners reading \u201cThe KKK Supports Bush.\u201d They did and got much more media attention with no arrests.<\/p>\n

Before reading this chapter, I had thought Hillary Clinton had gotten her senior\u2019s thesis on Alinsky, There Is Only The Fight<\/em>, put under permanent lock-and-key at Wellesley. But D\u2019Souza was able to read it. By being Alinsky\u2019s eager disciple, Hillary became adept as Bill\u2019s attack dog to silence women he sexually abused. Alinsky instructed Obama, Bill, and Hillary on how to use the IRS to target opponents, on how to involve the Departments of Justice and State in conducting illegal gun-running operations to arm drug lords in Mexico and Muslim jihadists in Syria, on how to politicize the Department of Justice so the FBI couldn\u2019t investigate Hillary\u2019s money laundering operations as Secretary of State to gain special favors in exchange for massive contributions to The Clinton Foundation.<\/p>\n

The first sentence of Chapter 8: The Enabler, is \u201cThis chapter is about the sex life of the Clintons.\u201d Bill\u2019s sex life has been sexually assaulting women, with Hillary using all methods legal and illegal to silence Bill\u2019s victims. Most recently, Sally Miller, a former Miss Arkansas when Bill was governor, reported he was only \u201cso-so\u201d in bed, that Hillary was a lesbian who has had multiple abortions, only allowing Chelsea to live so the Clintons appeared to be a \u201ctraditional family\u201d to voters. I\u2019ll spare readers the sordid details of the Clintons\u2019 War On Women (D\u2019Souza\u2019s words), Bill as abuser and Hillary as silencer of his victims, but it still goes on. Clinton squashed an FBI investigation into billionaire Jeffrey Epstein\u2019s trafficking in underage girls as sex slaves. In return Epstein has donated $3,500,000 to the Clinton Foundation and has given Bill frequent-flier passage on his \u201cLolita Express\u201d luxury jet airplane to his Caribbean \u201cOrgy Island\u201d inhabited by teenage girls.<\/p>\n

D\u2019Souza writes, \u201cSo far Hillary has not said a word about (the secret settlement with Obama\u2019s Justice Department), even though she undoubtedly knows about it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Chapter 9: Partners in Crime, is D\u2019Souza\u2019s account of how Bill and Hillary used their elective offices to loot everybody and everything. When they left the White House, Hillary said they were \u201cdead broke\u201d. Not quite. They stole White House china, silver, furniture, and paintings, Hillary going from room to room pointing at things she wanted. A painting by Norman Rockwell of \u201cLiberty\u2019s Flame\u201d hangs in the Clinton Library. While in the White House, everything was for sale, from sleeping in Lincoln\u2019s Bedroom to seating at banquets. On his last day in office, Bill pardoned all the criminals who had made \u201ccontributions\u201d to the Clinton Foundation, the Poster Boy being Mark Rich, a financeer who had made lucrative deals with Fidel Castro, Muammar Qadaffi, and Ayatollah Khomeini that got him on the FBI\u2019s Most Wanted List for $48 million in tax evasion. He had fled to Switzerland to escape prosecution. Clinton brought him back to America with a full pardon after his business partner gave $100,000 to Hillary\u2019s New York Senate campaign, $450,000 to the Clinton Library, over $1,000,000 to the Democratic Party, and a gold saxophone for Bill.<\/p>\n

D\u2019Souza concludes this chapter by writing, \u201cHow much these partners in crime have already stolen! Yet, from their perspective, there is a lot more to take, if only they get the opportunity to return to the White House.\u201d All I could think of was a sign on the front lawn, \u201cAmerica For Sale. Apply Inside.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sure enough, D\u2019Souza begins Chapter 10: Republicans to the Rescue, with \u201cThe Democrats led by Hillary are trying to steal America, and Republicans led by Trump are trying to stop this from happening. That\u2019s the basis for my conclusion that every Republican\u2014no matter who he is\u2014is preferable to every Democrat.\u201d A few lines later this is followed by \u201cProgress toward the goal of complete seizure and complete control\u2014this is what Democrats mean when they use the word \u2018progressive\u2019. These thugs have gone from taking everything from some people (Black Americans and American Indians), to taking something from everyone (FDR\u2019s New Deal and LBJ\u2019s Great Society)\u2014to their final goal\u2014taking everything from everyone.\u201d This goal began with FDR\u2019s Second Bill of Rights: a right to food, to education, to work, to housing, to health, to retirement, and to be unafraid. What is the price for all this? Our freedom!<\/p>\n

Black people had most of these \u201crights\u201d on Democrat slave plantations. The main \u201cright\u201d missing on the Democrat\u2019s new inner-city \u201cplantations\u201d is to be unafraid. South Chicago is a gangland shooting gallery where everyone lives in fear, not fear of being sold, fear of being murdered! That\u2019s where Obama began his career as an Alinsky community organizer. In her acceptance speech at the Democrat National Convention, Hillary promised all this but made no mention of the cost in going from slavery to enslavement. Who pays for it? To loud cheers, Hillary shouted in a recent speech, \u201cI will tax the Middle Class!\u201d To that add a crushing debt on future generations imposed by massive deficit spending.<\/p>\n

Some things are not included in D\u2019Souza\u2019s book. One is how the 17th<\/sup> Century slave trade included Irish Catholic widows and orphans sent as slaves to the American colonies and the British West Indies after Cromwell\u2019s invasion reduced Ireland\u2019s population from nearly 2 million to only 600,000. Many of these mixed with African slaves, and accounts for the many Irish Gaelic names among Black Americans (NFL quarterback Donovan McNabb and NBA center Shaquille O\u2019Neal may be examples). These were called the Black Irish in Jamaica. Their descendants on Caribbean islands spoke Gaelic for several generations.<\/p>\n

Democrat Presidential land thieves Jackson and Polk (and racist Woodrow Wilson) are descended from Irish immigrants to 18th<\/sup> Century colonial America. Most came from Ulster and settled along the Appalachian frontier from Maine to Georgia. James K. Polk stole half of Mexico in the 1846-1848 Mexican-American War. Their Presbyterian ancestors were given Catholic lands stolen by James VI of Scotland after he became James I of England. English armies sent to steal Irish land has a long history, from Elizabeth I to Cromwell and beyond, into the 20th<\/sup> Century when Northern Ireland was created by stealing six of nine Ulster counties. Three of my four Irish great grandparents came from Ulster, including Elisa MacMurray, an Orange Irish Presbyterian. I know something of that history.<\/p>\n

In the 19th<\/sup> Century, the greatest Irish immigration to America occurred during and after the 1846-1850 potato famine. These were largely Catholics who were met with \u201cNo Catholics Need Apply\u201d and \u201cNo Irish Need Apply\u201d signs in shop windows and on factory gates of the Yankee northeast. With their large families and no jobs, they faced starvation in America too. Their solution was to take over the Democratic Party in the northeast USA by sheer force of numbers. Yankees controlled the Whig Party at that time. Irish Catholic Democrat politicians in collusion with Irish Catholic priests and nuns provided government jobs using the spoils system described by D\u2019Souza in Chapter 9 dealing with \u201cBoss\u201d Tweed and Tammany Hall in New York City. This collaboration between the Catholic Church and the Democratic Party forged a strong bond that persists to this day. That bond included an Irish preference for government jobs and government welfare, which saved their lives.<\/p>\n

My great grandfather, John Hughes, Elisa\u2019s husband, emigrated in 1848. He had worked in Scotland so he had enough money to homestead in Iowa. When he became a prosperous farmer, he decided to run for local office as a Democrat. The Democratic Party in Iowa was controlled by the Ku Klux Klan and wouldn\u2019t allow a Catholic on the ticket. So he became a Republican. Hughes\u2019 have remained Republicans ever since.<\/p>\n

Most Irish Catholics remained Democrats, but when careers opened in the private sector, especially after World War II and the Korean War, many became Republicans. The \u201cBig Switch\u201d in the Democratic Party, described by D\u2019Souza in Chapter 5, began when Democrat elites abandoned the Biblical explanation for human origins and destiny to embrace the Darwinian explanation: we came from worms and are destined to be eaten by worms. Period. There is no God, no Judgment Day, no right, no wrong, only survival of the fittest. It also coincided with a large migration of Black Americans into northern cities controlled by the Democratic Party, so they moved from the Democrat\u2019s plantation slave society in the South to northern inner-city enslavement where Democrats controlled government jobs and welfare. In adapting to the inner-city, Black people became Democrats as many Irish left the inner city and became Republicans.<\/p>\n

The Irish Catholic Democratic machine remained in northern cities across America until it was largely replaced by Black Democrats in the second half of the 20th<\/sup> Century, again by sheer force of numbers as Irish Catholics fled to the suburbs. This weakened the bond between the Catholic Church and the Democratic Party. The Catholic Church in America lost half its members to the sexual revolution. The remaining Catholics were split between those who were Democrats first and Catholics last and those who were Catholics first and became Republicans. The first group included the most anti-Catholic politicians, notably governors Andrew Cuomo in New York and Jerry Brown in California. The dividing line was abortion, followed by sodomy. The split included Catholic bishops who ordered their priests to give Holy Communion to Catholic Democrat politicians who supported and funded abortion. These were usually the same bishops who sent homosexual predatory priests from parish to parish so they always had fresh altar boys to sodomize.<\/p>\n

This split prevents the Catholic Church from having any decisive role in American politics. In election after election, the Catholic vote hovers close to 50-50 between Democrat and Republican politicians. Among bishops, those who depend on getting government money from pro-abortion pro-sodomy Democrat politicians allow or even encourage dissent. Those who put Jesus Christ first are often too timid to confront these politicians openly. D\u2019Souza ties this to Alinsky\u2019s divide-and-conquer tactics based on blackmail. In my 36 years at the University of Maine, I was under three bishops, all Irish Catholics and all allowing pro-abortion Catholic Democrat politicians to hold fundraising dinners in parish churches. Many of those churches are now closed, including my own parish church in Orono, where the University is located.<\/p>\n

Like mainline Protestant churches in America, the Catholic Church has become sidelined. Hispanic Catholics are replacing ethnic Irish, Italian, Polish, and German Catholics in Catholic parishes. Instead of mobilizing Hispanic Catholics into becoming actively pro-life, too many Catholic bishops have looked on as these Hispanic Catholics elect Hispanic Catholic politicians who are militantly pro-abortion Democrats.<\/p>\n

This is part of Hillary\u2019s America that D\u2019Souza didn\u2019t explore. God willing, the Catholic Church in America can now be rescued only by a pro-life alliance with Evangelical Christians to take over the Republican Party as they both once controlled the Democratic Party. Our standard bearers at this time are Republicans Donald Trump, a Yankee Presbyterian, and his running mate, Michael Pence, an Evangelical Irish Catholic. They are the only ones voters have to keep Hillary Clinton and her pro-abortion Irish Catholic running mate out of the White House.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
