It is the eve of our presidential election.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Many of you are despairing over the fact that we have no \u201cprolife\u201d candidate and that Ahab and Jezebel will likely rule for another quadrennium.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>This is justifiable mourning.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>What to do?<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>(Revolution?<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Secession? New political parties?)<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>In this scanty issue (we refer to quantity of pages, of course), we shall supply you with our coveted counsel to guide you in the impending election.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Other items include the White Rose Banquet, the release of Curt Beseda in Washington state, the persecutions of Jennifer Sperle in Norfolk and Steven Mears in New Hampshire,<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>our Web site, and a begging notice. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Dopey GOPers<\/span><\/b>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

After the senate failed to override Ahab\u2019s veto of<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>the bill<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>to outlaw \u201cpartial-birth\u201d infanticide, several Christian church leaders, theologians, and pundits who had gathered in D.C. expressed their disgust to the press.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Now that two of three branches (and most of the third?) publicly supported the killing of the innocent,<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>the legitimacy of the national government was questioned by Richard John<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Neuhaus, Chuck Colson, and others.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>A subsequent symposium consisting of five essays by scholars from around the country, including Robert Bork, was featured in the next (Nov.) issue of <\/span>First Things, <\/span><\/i>edited by Neuhaus.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>In the lengthy introduction, Neuhaus extensively defends his use of the term \u201cregime\u201d in defining our national government.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Most revolutionary are the pungent remarks of Chuck Colson:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In America today, we have very nearly reached the completion of a long process I can only describe as the systematic usurpation of ultimate power by the American judiciary – a usurpation that compels evangelical Christians and, indeed, all believers to ask sobering questions about the moral legitimacy of the current political order and our allegiance to it.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It is a succinct evaluation.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>I would sharpen its accuracy by deleting certain qualifiers: \u201cvery nearly\u201d and \u201cmoral.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>(The discerning reader, however, expects the <\/span><\/span>discerning powers of a man who condemned Paul Hill to be blunted.)<\/span>Protestant and Romanist leaders were in harmony in response to this regime\u2019s blatant violation of God\u2019s law which prohibits murder.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>We are happy to see such ecumenical disapprobation of the federal government.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>The most prominent offender (currently being challenged for the centennial<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Darth Veder award by Ahab himself)<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>is the U.S. Supreme Court.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>(Ahab really is a true champion of evil when we consider that he has had only four years to excrete his policies upon the land.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>The Court has been at it for decades.)<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>The words used by Luther in the sixteenth century against the pope would more appropriately apply<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>now to describe our unholy Supreme Court, viz. \u201cHe is the anus through which the devil spreads his excrement upon the earth.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>(Not to worry too much.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>To comfort ourselves, we can always find solace in the knowledge that the Really Supreme Court will put these black robed pretenders – along with Ahab – away for a long, long time.)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Truth and justice are preserved and advanced against apostasy and decline by reformation.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>And reformation sometimes necessitates separation.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>(Sometimes there is even a time to kill.)<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Our federal government is worthy of being overthrown.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Maybe foreigners will do it.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>(The Chinese have some nice bombs which they were pointing at L.A. recently.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>The Muslims are resurging and cultivating a healthy hatred of<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>our <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>distribution of<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>pornography and abortionists into their lands.)<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Maybe the militia will clean us up from the inside.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Before proceeding to the justifiable \u201cextremes\u201d of secession or revolution, it is reasonable to seek to create alternative political parties.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>If there is not enough zeal<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>or numbers to establish a simple political party with enough energy to advance basic principles, then there surely are no resources available for the more drastic and costly methods.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Just as God\u2019s people pulled out of apostate Christian denominations from the early part of this century and established multitudinous \u201cnon-denoms,\u201d so they will pull out of<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>the mainline political parties and establish new political parties.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>But in order to function effectively, they must find common ground in their political goals.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>There are legitimate compromises to be made in order to establish one effective alternative political party.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The GOP, like the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, or the Presbyterian Church USA, or the United Methodist Church, (etc.) is lost.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>These all fell away because the people neglected to exercise party or church discipline.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>They permitted those who denied constitutional principles (or platforms) to remain in leadership or positions of authority.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>(How is it that the GOP has a \u201cprolife\u201d platform and then permits abortion supporters to run on GOP tickets all over the country including the presidency?)<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The most viable alternative is the <\/span>U.S. Taxpayers Party<\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>It is not that we are naive enough to think that Howard Phillips will win this year.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>But he or Pat Buchanan could threaten the establishment parties in 2000 or<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>2004.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>The pernicious policies of<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Ahab and Jezebel may serve to produce a repentant reaction in the (stupid) American People.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>The success of this party will be expedited by a noteworthy showing in this election along with the continued decadence of the establishment parties.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Repudiate the GOP in its treacherous treatment of the truth!<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Bring on a new political party which will stand for truth and refuse to field candidates who reject it.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Let justice for the child in the womb roll like a river!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Beseda Unchained<\/span><\/b>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

No, admittedly;<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>they weren\u2019t jailed for <\/span>declaring<\/span><\/i> themselves to be Christians.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>But they were prosecuted for <\/span>acting<\/span><\/i> like Christians and loving their neighbors.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Curt is the senior ex-convict among all those on this side of barbed wire.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>In second place is John Brockhoeft<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>(about seven years) followed closely by Dennis Malvasi (about six).<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>(Sorry about the sloppy records.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>We don\u2019t have any federal money, like Planned Barrenhood, to hire secretaries to keep track of all our workers.)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Bureau of Prisons hired a shrink of its choosing to give Curt a mental evaluation on 18 October<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>to see if they need to inject him with psychiatric drugs.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Well, we suppose that if you confine a person to 12<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>years behind barbed wire and surround him with blasphemers,<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>sorcerers, sodomites, murders,<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>and other miscreants he might go a little crazy.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>But what do sycophant, government bureaucrats working for a Clintonite abortion regime know about sanity anyway?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Jennifer Sperle<\/span><\/h2>\n

Trial is scheduled on 12 November in Norfolk.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>She is the great prize of Reno\u2019s multi-million dollar VAAPCON investigation involving about 100 subpoenas to grand juries in Portland, Alexandria, and Norfolk.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>(We don\u2019t know how many people were summoned to meet with prosecutors and interrogated without appearing before the Star Chamber.)<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>We have not confirmed whether the newly-installed prosecutors –<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>products of<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>the unprecedented purge of the Justice Department\u2019s<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>DAs at the accession of the Clinton regime – are sodomites.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>But we are confident that prosecutors Kenneth Forder and Thomas Burrows would not be offended by the rumors.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Surely it<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>would behoove homosexuals to note their deviance on resumes and thereby get on the fast track to<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>promotion in this regime.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In any case, these two chums are working hard on this $500 damage case.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>They still want to accomplish a little more.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Got to get those elusive conspirators.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>It seems they have plenty of support from the trial judge in Norfolk District Court, one Raymond<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>A. Jackson.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>One of<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>the unusual motions the judge granted the persecutors was that all the recorded conversations<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Mrs. Sperle had while in the federal jail in New York City (Metropolitan Correctional Center) be turned over to the prosecutors.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Prosecutors have also put in a motion to the judge to require Mrs. Sperle\u2019s private doctors to hand over all her records to them.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>(It is expected that the judge will deny this one.) <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Mrs. Sperle, you recall, was in jail for a month at the request of the prosecutors so that she could undergo in-patient psychiatric evaluation by doctors of<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>the prosecution\u2019s choice.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>(Of course the defense has to pay for its own evaluations by<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>its own selection of doctors.)<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Normally,<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>prisoners sign a form acknowledging (and giving permission; they have no other choice if they<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>want to phone anyone) for the prison to monitor phone calls.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>The putative purpose of in this intrusion into privacy is jail security as well as the prevention of<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>gangsters from directing associates to kill informants and the like.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In this case, the government<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>is in<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>desperate pursuit of<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>those wicked anti-choice conspirators.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>The maniacal obsession with securing a conspiracy conviction seems to be energized by the regime\u2019s manifest zeal to stamp out opposition and establish abortion as a cultural norm.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Reno\u2019s VAAPCON, moreover,<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>needs to justify its name – Violence Against Abortion Provides Conspiracy.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>We don’t know whether the prosecution is conspiring with Judge Jackson, but the fact that he even allows the feds to prosecute<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Mrs. Sperle for trying to save babies indicates at least that he \u201cbreathes with\u201d<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>them, sharing<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>the same abortion-tolerant mind-set.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Onn or about 10 September, a man (or angel) entered into the Planned Barrenhood abortuary in Tempe, Arizona.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Like Samson before him who destroyed the property of Philistines, he wielded a club (or was it the\u00a0<\/span><\/span>jawbone of an ass?) against the child-slaughter house, smashing its walls and computers.<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>Witnesses might have heard the accused 28-year-old Brian Charles say, \u201cThese are my Father\u2019s children!\u201d<\/span>\u00a0 <\/span>But news report only records the words, \u201cThere won\u2019t be any more babies killed here today.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
