Parasite Property Owners

They buy property, especially houses, and invest as little as possible; just enough to sustain the house so that it does not deteriorate.  Otherwise, they have no interest in living in the neighborhood and building social bonds with anyone.   The house may be a mess and even a haunt for the occasional derelict drifter who might break in and abide for day or two before moving on.  But such a haven for miscreants, losers and boozers does not affect the distant property owner.  It’s just an investment and the neighbors of his property are left to deal with any adversity which may arise.   Their problem, not his.

Such investors benefit from the value maintained by the responsible, productive, members of the community – the neighbors of his property.  And yet they, selfish investors as they are, degrade the neighborhood of those who LIVE in it.

Let such investors find somewhere to put their money which does not assault others.  Learn how to be a decent citizen toward the neighbors of your investment property!
