There Is That Sound
There is that sound, a simple song
Keeps you walkin’ toward that gate.
‘Tis a motivating tune
Moves you on so soon
So you don’t forget your Life,
The One who gave a wife
And all she means to you.
Oh what would you do
Without that lovely girl
Much more than a lifeless pearl
Or a great big pile of money?
She’s your sho’nuf sweet honey!
But honor that One who gave you her,
The same Who gives a stir
To draw your wicked heart
And gave you that brand new start.
Bring on that hymn and sing to Him!
He’ll fill you to the brim.
Get on with that search;
Don’t be left in a lurch.
