The Girl

Dare I say she may be the one
Who makes me smile
And hail the sun
For all its warmth
And light to see?
But without her,
The girl I married
And together carried
Forth those eleven
All sent from heaven,
What matter would life
In this world of strife
Make to my spirit?
What a pearl is she
Who stays with me
A rather dreadful fellow,
(Eruptions from below
Dreadful to know) and
So forth and so on!
We carry our song
Of praise for the Law
Which teaches all
About life from above
And that endless Love.
